  • Book Trust − $20,000 Challenge grant resulting in $40,000 raised to support providing books for students in need at Maui schools.  Education  http://www.booktrust.org/

  • Hawaii Animal Rescue Foudnation - $10,000 grant toward the cost of a fourth vehicle used for rescue, rehabilitation and trips to the vet for this no-kill animal shelter on Maui. Animal Welfare  http://www.hawaiianimalrescue.org/
  • Arts Education for Children -$10,000 grant to help fund the costs of the 2017 JAZZ MAUI events held between April and June 201 7 and to help the Summer programs become more sustainable.    https://www.aecg.org/
  • Ka Ipu Kukui - $ 10,000 grant to be used for costs associated with the funding of Scholarships for future cohort participants-$6,500, funding for Ka Ipu Kukui Annual Sustainability/Fund Raising Event – $2,000, and funding for Communication Costs-$1,500 to purchase or have developed a database system/Communication Portal.  http://www.kikfellows.org/
