Arts Education for Children
  • 2020-$2,500 grant for costs associated with JAZZ MAUI presents  Virtual Jazz in the Schools, a live online learning program, focusing on jazz instruction and performance. The program is designed as a supplement to the in-school music program. It will help educators supplement their music program with assistance in navigating the virtual landscape with specialized knowledge and experience and help students improve on their instruments, learn about jazz music in depth, gain skills to perform and create music.
  • 2019- $6,000 grant to provide help for funding of the costs associated with the planning, coordination and staging of the 2019 JAZZ MAUI East Meets West Festival.
  • 2018-$6,000 grant to help provide funding for the costs associated with the planning, coordination and staging of the 2018 JAZZ MAUI East MeetsWest Festival.   
  • 2017-$10,000 grant to help fund the costs of the 2017 JAZZ MAUI events held between April and June 201 7 and to help their Summer programs become more sustainable.      
  •  2016−$6,750 grant For costs associated with Jazz Maui 2016 held November 5, 2016.  
  • 2015 − $10,000 grant to help fund Jazz Maui 2015 event.
  • 2013 −$10,000 grant for costs associated with the production of the Jazz Maui event and kids camp to help with future sustainability of the event. https://www.aecg.org/
